Data Entry

Data must be collected centrally each year in order for students to receive awards for their completion of the Challenge. In the case of government schools, data entry occurs through EDSAS or EMS. For non-government schools, data entry occurs through the Education Department’s application portal (EDU Portal). The data, once received, is added to the profile of each student and automatically updates their ‘medal status’.

Specific details and instructions will be emailed to all PbaC coordinators before the start of term 3. Please ensure these contact details are up to date.
