Data entry for Government schools opens on Monday 20 July and closes on Friday 25 September 2026.

Students who have completed the Challenge for the year are to be entered via EMS before Friday 25 September 2026.

Usually, an SSO or site leader has access to EMS and can enter data into the system.

You will not be required to send any records into the Premier’s be active Challenge office.

An email will be sent to the school’s PbaC coordinators containing a link to the Knowledgebase article with the latest EMS Premier’s be active Challenge Fact Sheet prior to the start of term 3. This fact sheet provides detailed instructions on how schools should submit student data.
