The Challenge – how do I get started?

Getting Started
The Premier’s be active Challenge is about encouraging students to be more active, more often. Participants are rewarded with medals if they complete at least 60 minutes of physical activity on at least 5 days per week for at least 4 weeks.

To commence:

Schools

  • Schools that have never participated in the Premier’s be active Challenge need to register
  • Schools that have participated in the Premier’s be active Challenge in the past are automatically registered.

Individuals

  • Students participating as part of a school do not need to register personally
  • Students wishing to participate from home, you do not need to register. Simply complete the recording booklet and submit it when complete.

Recording activity, submitting results and receiving awards are all addressed in the Challenge Guidelines.
