2026 Key Dates

Every year, students have three full terms to complete the Challenge. The Challenge commences on the first day of the school year and concludes in week 10 of term 3.
Coordinators will receive an email regarding the data entry process and will have all of term 3 to submit student data. Participants can expect to receive their awards in mid-November.

Premier’s be active Challenge starts.

25 Sep 2026

Physical activity concludes for the 2026 Challenge.

20 Jul to 25 Sep 2026
  • Student Recording Booklets collected
  • Data submitted by schools before 25 September 2026
  • Home Schools and Families email or post their Recording Booklet/s before 25 September 2026.
November 2026
  • Awards arrive in schools by end of November
  • Home Schools and Families awards are posted to the home address
  • Students awarded medals at individual school presentations
  • The Premier’s be active Challenge Reception is held. Schools with outstanding results are invited to attend.
