Aidan Hall visits East Adelaide School

East Adelaide School, we were lucky enough to have Aidan Hall – a kayaker who is in the Australian under 23’s team – come in and talk about the Premier’s be active Challenge. He talked about what he does and all about his kayaking career. Aidan showed us a power point with pictures on what he does and even showed us videos of some of his races. He showed us all his goals, what he does outside of kayaking, and some of the places he has been to for kayaking competitions.

We also loved how Aidan brought in a kayaking exercise machine that 4 of our house captains tried out. They competed to see who could get the most rows in 10 seconds, and it was a fun experience. Joining Aidan was Mark, Manager, Premier’s Challenges. Mark launched our Challenge and talked about how we must do 60 minutes of physical activity per day for 5 days a week for our school.

East Adelaide School loved having Aidan come in to talk about what he does and hope he does well in the future.
